A. Aidarbayev was born in 1963. He graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnical Institute (1980-1985) and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (2009-2010).

The enterprise in equal shares (50/50) will belong to Теthys MunayGas and its new local partner, Eurasia Gas LLP, having huge experience in distribution of oil in Kazakhstan.
