The new Vice-Minister was born on November 7, 1978 in Almaty. In 1999, he graduated from Turan University and in 2003 from the Diplomatic Academy.

Kazakhstan Engineering
According to Kazinform, NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC is establishing shipbuilding and ship-repairing facilities in Mangistau region. The transportation along this route, called the Southern route, was interrupted in 2009 due to tariff disputes.

On November 1, 2013 Umberto Carrara refused to be the Managing Director of Agip KCO after having worked on Kashagan project for more than seven years. His place will be taken by Guido Brusco, who has been the Director of the Industrial Operations Department at Kashagan project of Agip KCO since September 2009, said the press office of the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) Consortium.

7th September the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping declared that Kazakhstan and China agreed about purchase of a share in Kashagan project, located in the Caspian offshore, by the Chinese CNPC company.

Government of the Russian Federation prepared the protocol for the agreement with Kazakhstan about joint activities in area of geological exploration at the cross-border Imashevskoe gas condensate field, and the relevant order was signed by the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, informs Prime.
