During the year, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium restricted oil shipment from its sea terminal in Novorossiysk four times. On March 21, a month after the start of hostilities in Ukraine, the CPC announced that two of the three single-point moorings at the terminal were damaged as a result of a storm on the Black Sea. As a result, Kazakhstan's total daily oil production fell by 14% in April. The repair work lasted a month.

During the discussion, the key issues of the study were discussed: factors influencing the choice of the country of investment, attractive industries that, according to investors, will attract the most significant investments, and risks and proposals to improve the investment climate in Kazakhstan.
