The practice of civil contracts is prohibited
Whereas previously employers accepted new employees under civil service contracts, under the new changes, as of June 8, 2026, courts and public authorities can recognize people providing services to the company as workers, if there are signs of an employment relationship between such people

Article 27 of the Labor Code distinguishes an employment contract from other types of contracts.
