For more than nine years, the oil-producing enterprises of Kazakhstan operate the equipment, produced by the JSC НMS Neftemach (a part of HMS Group). All these years the HMS Neftemash is a stable supplier of equipment for the large and medium-sized oil companies in Kazakhstan.
During that time we accumulated an extensive experience in the specific fields in the Western Kazakhstan, which distinctive features are the hot climatic conditions. All accompanying product documentation is in compliance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan; all the necessary permits and certificates obtained from the relevant authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As a major supplier of oil and gas equipment, we always pay a particular attention to the quality and strict compliance with the customer’s requirements. A dedicated quality assurance service, equipped with the modern equipment and newest software, ensures the relevant control.
JSC HMS Neftemash was the one of the first companies, registered by the JSC The National Agency for Development of Local Content (NADLoC) that allows the plant to participate directly in the tenders, held by Kazakhstani subsoil users. Taking part in the Kazakhstani projects, our company is committed to maintain a close cooperation with the domestic commodity producers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to use their products and components in our technological solutions. Our goal for the near future is to open a joint venture and to master the production of the JSC HMS Neftemash equipment in the territory of the Republic. The decision is based on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government’s support for the domestic commodity producers.
During 2013 our enterprise sold the products for more than 16 million US dollars in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The shipment of the gas-driven pump station for the reservoir pressure maintenance system was a particularly important project for the current period. The station is supplied for operation by Karakudukmunai.
The complex station, which has no analogues in the Russian market, is purposed for the formation water injection into the oil wells. The main station components: Centrifugal multistage pumps, CMP 120-1900, produced at the Nasosenergomash Sumy plant (Sumy town) and the driver: Сaterpillar gas unit. It took one year for manufacturing of the pumping station.
During this time the Design Department of JSC HMS Neftemash created a complex station project from the ground up with the observance of all the rules and requirements, stipulated by the authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Station startup is planned for 2014. The advantage of a such pumping station is clear: the complete autonomy of the power units from the electricity and a posibility of gas utilization.
Continuing the gas issue, it should be noted that JSC HMS Neftemash recently pays more and more attention to the gas treatment and the plant proposes a wide range of solutions in this area. The legislation of the Republic, which contains the requirements for the complete gas utilization, contributed to focuse more on that problem. As we expect, such a legislation will be adopted soon in other neighbouring republics.
