Interteach Corporation:
In 1989 with the support of the European Regional Bureau of the World Health Organization (Copenhagen, Denmark) International School of Public Health was organized. Later, in 1991 school was transformed into Kazakh health and medical insurance corporation Interteach.
In 1995 license for conducting insurance activities was obtained (AN No. 0000001).It was the first license on the territory of Kazakhstan.
In 2001 Interteach Corporation divided functions of insurance and medical support, which is associated with enactment of the law on insurance. Interteach Medical Assistants was established, which took over the functions of the organization and provision of medical aid in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
More than 400 companies have entered into a contract with Interteach for health insurance and medical care. Interteach Corporation is the only company in Kazakhstan providing medical care in any region of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Interteach Corporation has a network of medical centers, consisting of 25 of its own medical centers, 13 representative offices, more than 340 contract clinics. The company employs more than 1200 employees.
The company has an exclusive agreement with global insurance company Allianz Global Benefits in the area of health insurance and health services.
In addition to its own offices in the major cities of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, Interteach Corporation has strong relationships with a number of European assistance and insurance companies: Europ Assistance, Allianz Global Assistance, Savitar Group, April international, Coris, AP-companies, Smile Assistance, Class-assistance, Rosgosstrah, Express Assist, MSH International, Marmassistance, BUPA, Allianz Worldwide Care.
In 2016 rating agency Expert RA Kazakhstan confirmed Interteach insurance company’s rating at the A+ level “Very high level of reliability”.
