UCC Holding

Qatari holding UCC has appointed its representative in Kazakhstan.

Mughal Makhimgali has been appointed executive director of the Qatari UCC office in Kazakhstan.

Mughal graduated from the Swiss Business School.
He began his career in 1992 at the Atyrau Refinery.
Over the years, he worked at Agip KCO (Kashagan project) as a project engineer, head, project manager; at TCO as a project manager.

From 2019 to 2024, he was the regional director for Kazakhstan at SNC-Lavalin.
