Kaspiy Neft

The Board of Directors of the oil producing company Kaspiy Neft, the ultimate owner of which is Timur Kulibayev, instructed the board to conclude a deal for the performance of works totalling 1.43 billion tenge with the contractor, KazMunayGas-Drilling.

"The company concluded a major deal by signing an agreement with KazMunayGas-Drilling," it says in the published message by Kaspiy Neft.

The relevant decision was made by the Board of Directors of Kaspiy Neft on December 31, 2024. The cost of a major transaction, the subject of which will be the performance of work by KazMunayGas-Drilling for Kaspiy Neft, is 1.47% of the total value of Kaspiy Neft assets.

In the following message, Kaspiy Neft informed about the conclusion of a major deal with KazMunaiGas-Drilling with a value equivalent to 1.47% of the total assets of the former. At the same time, KazMunayGas-Drilling must complete all work for this amount by December 31, 2025.
