Chingiz Seisekenov and Daniyar Mukhamed-Rahim were excluded from the board of KazTransOil, with reference to information posted on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

 

“By the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 28, 2022, the following were excluded from the Board of Directors: Chingiz Seisekenov Deputy General Director; Daniyar Mukhamed-Rahim Deputy General Director," the message says.

 

Taking into account the changes made, the board of KazTransOil consists of six people: Sabit Arynov, Yerbolat Mendybaev, Alen Tanatarov, Zhaiyk Makhin, Shara Adilova, Zhaidarman Isakov.

 

On January 17, 2022, Sabit Arynov was appointed as the acting General Director, Chairman of the Board of KazTransOil. By the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 14, 2022, Dimash Dosanov, the CEO of the company, was excluded from the Board of Directors. He is also expelled from the company's board of directors on his own initiative.
