KazTransOil

KazTransOil’s board of directors has recommended a dividend payout of ₸33 billion based on its 2024 financial results, according to materials from the company’s upcoming annual general meeting published by Petroleum Journal. The proposed amount is one-third higher than the previous year.

KazTransOil reported a net profit of ₸41.57 billion in 2024. Of this, ₸33 billion (approximately 80%) is proposed for distribution, with the remaining ₸8.49 billion to be retained by the company.

The proposed dividend per share is ₸86. The record date is set for June 3, with payouts to begin on June 12. The AGM will be held on May 22.

In 2023, KazTransOil paid ₸25 billion in dividends on a profit of ₸32.8 billion, equating to ₸65 per share.

90% plus one ordinary share of KazTransOil is owned by KazMunayGas, a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna, while the remaining 10% is held by minority shareholders.
