KazTransGas

A process of management change continues after replacing the CEO of KazTransGas JSC. We remind that Serik Sultangali, the former General Director, became the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Kayrat Sharipbaev, ex-CEO of KazTransGas-Aymak, is appointed as the General Director and the KMG Managing Director.

Some members of KazTransGas-Aymak have already moved to the central office of KTG. In particular, Erken Kasseev became the First Deputy to General Director, Rustam Suleymanov took position of the Deputy General Director for Development, Erkanat Temirkhanov became the Managing Director for Compliance and Coordination work. Askar Syzdykov, former head of Amangeldy Gas LLP, became the Managing Director on Geology and Subsurface Use.

Kaldybay Tulekeshev is appointed as Acting General Director of Amangeldy Gas LLP. Ibulla Serdiev became the Chairman of Board in KazTransGaz-Aymak JSC. Valentin Khvan, former Technical Director, became his First Deputy. Ruslan Sagymbekov and Yerzhan Tasmukhan are appointed as the new managing directors.

Akylbay Saparov became another Deputy General Director of KazTransGas-Aymak, after seven years of working as the Head of KazTransGas- Almaty JSC. In his turn, Sagidulla Makhashev was moved to the available position; prior to this appointment, he worked as the Head of Kostanay industrial branch of KazTransGas Aymak JSC.
