Gazprom

Remuneration to Timur Kulibayev, Member of the Board of Directors, Gazprom OJCS, increased between January and September, compared to the same period of 2013, as stipulated by the Company’s report.

According to the document and based on the results for nine month period, the remuneration to the members of Board of Directors amounted to 277.664 million RUR, compared to 254.343 million RUR for the same period of the last year.

The growth was indicated as 9.1%. According to information by Gazprom OJCS, the 11 persons composed in the company's Board of Directors at the moment. T. Kulibayev, Chairman of the Panel of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of Kazakhstan Association of Oil&Gas Energy Sector Organizations Kazenergy, is being the Member of the Board of Directors of Gazprom OJCS since June, 2011.
