On March 11, 2019, NC KazMunayGas JSC and Eni Isatay B.V. signed the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) and the Carry Agreement (CA) within the framework of the joint implementation of the project at the Abai site, located in the Kazakhstani sector of the Caspian Sea.  

 

By the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On subsoil and subsoil use", the parties will apply to the Ministry of Energy of the RoK with an application for direct negotiations and conclusion of a contract for exploration and production of hydrocarbons.
