NCOC

NCOC announces that Mr Yerlan Mukay is appointed as NCOC's Deputy Managing Director effective 10th October, 2022.

Mr Mukay brings 13 years of extensive experience in leadership and management across oil and gas industry and government organizations. His expertise in the area of commerce and business strategy development, local and international stakeholder relations and partnership across CIS and Middle East markets is both rich and unique.

Mr Mukay holds a degree in Physics-Mathematics from Kazakhstan National University named after Al-Farabi. He also holds an EMBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (The Kingdom of the Netherlands).

Prior to joining NCOC, Mr Mukay held leadership positions in the RoK Ministry of Finance, Shell Kazakhstan Development B.V. (Kashagan Phase II project support), KazMunayGas and QazaqGaz.
