November 9, Adilbek Dzhaksybekov was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of KazTransGas JSC, replacing Kairat Sharipbayev.

 

Sharipbayev, in turn, was appointed Chairman of the company's Management Board. He replaced Rustam Suleymanov in this post. Suleymanov took the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of KTG.

 

Over the years, Dzhaksybekov was the president of the Tsesna Corporation, the Minister of Industry and Trade, the Head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia. From 2016 to 2018, he again served as the Head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, resigned due to reaching retirement age.
