ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Inc. announces new Managing Director

Effective April 1, 2022, Ms. Carole Gall will become the Managing Director of ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Inc., succeeding Mr. Dinesh Sivasamboo.
Ms. Gall graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Geologie in France in 1995. Carole began her career with Esso UK (an ExxonMobil affiliate) in 1995 as a reservoir engineer.
She advanced through upstream engineering, operations, planning and commercial roles in the United Kingdom and in the United States before taking on a global commercial manager position in the ExxonMobil Production Company in 2009.
Subsequently, Ms. Gall became Joint Interest Asset Manager in the UK and in the Netherlands. In 2018, Ms. Gall was appointed President and Managing Director of Esso Exploration and Production Chad Inc., a position she held until January 2022 when she moved to the United States on a short-term assignment as Executive Advisor.
ExxonMobil started its business in Kazakhstan in 1993. The company owns a 25% interest in the Tengizchevroil joint venture, which operates the giant Tengiz field, 16.81% in the North Caspian Production Sharing Agreement that includes the world-class Kashagan field, and a 7.5% interest in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
