A special proposal for advertisers
The socially orientated companies are proposed to participate in a special project to make subscription to Petroleum journal for the libraries of higher educational institutions and colleges on oil and engineering specialities. The logotypes and names of the companies, which paid sponsor's subscription for higher educational institutions, are published in the each number of Petroleum.
Annually, the last page of the sixth number publishes the logotypes of the companies which have chosen Petroleum to place their advertising and information materials.

Technical requirements:
- Banners are accepted in format GIF, JPG and SWF.

The sizes of banners for arrangement:
- under the headline and under the articles: 700х81 pixels;
- in the left column: 150 x 150 pixels (in the height it is possible more) or 200 х 90 pixels.
- The weight of banners shall not exceed 40 KB.
- A stub in format GIF, JPEG or PNG (without transparency) of the same size as a banner shall be obligatorily attached to the flash-banners. The weight of stub for flash-banners shall not exceed 40 KB.
- The color of the background of a flash-banner shall be defined by a colored object (even if it is white), but not through Background color.

For all swf-files in the roll it is needed to create a rectangular separation in size as a banner above all layers, to transform into the "button" element and to set out a transparency level alpha = 0 %. The whole object is selected, and the following script is inserted into the field Action Script:

Where, instead of the word "address", to enter URL to which this element is led, for example, http://mail.ru/. - Materials in "flash" format shall not contain references and objects performing the functions differ from the animation management.
- It is not admitted the exchange of information of flash-banner with the external sites. (designs loadMovie, loadVariables, XML.load and others).
