The composition of the Board of Directors of National Company KazMunayGas has been changed. The decision was made by the general meeting of shareholders on April 26, 2021, with reference to the information of KASE.

 

The following changes have been made:

 

Taking into account the amendments, the board of directors of KazMunayGas consists of 7 people: Walton Christopher John, Alik Aidarbayev, Uzakbai Karabalin, Holland Philip Malcolm, Miller Timothy Glen, Bolat Akchulakov, Mukhtar Tazhigaliev.

 

Almasadam Satkaliyev was appointed chairman of the board of the Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund on March 29, 2021. Bolat Akchulakov was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energo in April 2021, and Mukhtar Tazhigaliev was elected the Managing Director for Corporate Governance and Social and Labour Relations of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund.

 

Anthony Espina has been a member of the board of directors of KazMunayGas since May 2019.
